About Me

I am a product-minded program and project manager with 8+ years leading large-scale platform initiatives from discovery through launch. My work sits where operations, adoption, and delivery meet. I turn confusion into clear plans, keep cross-functional delivery on track, and standardize how large web environments run.

Most recently, I managed operations across a 500+ site WordPress platform at Georgetown, where I coordinated a design system rollout adopted across relaunched and new sites, led 70+ launches and migrations, and cut launch time in half through better process documentation.

I actively work with AI in my processes and through self-directed projects, from building workflows to creating designs.

My foundation is in user-centered design (M.S., Brandeis University), where I studied the research and psychology side of design and used that to build digital experiences that are intuitive and inclusive.

Outside of work you can find me with my dog, at a concert, playing cozy games, or listening to K-pop.
