About Me

I am a digital product and project manager with 8+ years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from kickoff through completion. I am skilled at mapping end-to-end workflows, translating ambiguous goals into clear requirements and actionable plans, and keeping delivery on track across technical and non-technical teams with competing priorities. I am experienced managing web operations, coordinating stakeholder communication, and maintaining rigorous documentation across the full project lifecycle. I bring a human-centered design foundation and a commitment to accessible, inclusive digital experiences. I actively use AI tools including Gemini for documentation workflows and Claude for project work.

My M.S. in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University deepened my understanding of how people think and behave, informing how I build digital experiences that prioritize usability and engagement. I also hold a B.A. in History with a Digital Studies Minor from the University of Mary Washington.

I have recently expanded my skill set with certifications in Generative AI for Project Management (PMI), Human Centered AI (Uxcel), Product Management (Product School), SEO (HubSpot), and AI Visibility (Semrush).

Outside of work you can find me with my dog, at a concert, playing cozy games, or listening to K-pop.
