About Me
I’m a digital project and program manager with 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional web initiatives from concept through launch. My work centers on running the platforms and programs behind large web operations: getting sites built, migrated, and launched, and driving the standards and adoption that keep everything running. At Georgetown I managed a WordPress platform of 500+ sites, led 70+ launches and migrations, and drove a shared design system to 95% adoption.
I bring a human-centered design foundation, a focus on accessible and inclusive experiences, and a practical, hands-on approach to AI, from building documentation workflows to prototyping with Claude and Gemini.
My M.S. in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University deepened my understanding of how people think and behave, informing how I build digital experiences that prioritize usability and engagement. I also hold a B.A. in History with a Digital Studies Minor from the University of Mary Washington.
Outside of work you can find me with my dog, at a concert, playing cozy games, or listening to K-pop.
